the major question/problem is
not women it's diversity

diversity does not walks through the door. I
have to go for it.

women like to design games that matters.

dev. is a risk but mucvh more options in

you want to reach a broad audience, your workforce has to reflect
it.

girls are more inclusive thinking boys more exclusive for boys
